Mahj
This event is for players who have already completed a beginning Mah Jongg series but are still looking for a bit more guidance while they play. Enjoy mostly independent play with the option of some coaching as needed during your games — a great next step as you continue to build confidence at the table!
Mahj
Mixer
Love Mah Jongg? Come play! The mixer is a relaxed, fun way to meet fellow players and make new connections over the game you love. We'll do our best to seat you with players at your level — just let us know where you're at when you register. The one requirement: you should be able to play independently (this is social play, not instruction).
June Mah Jongg for Beginners Series
This evening class series is the best most comprehensive way to learn Mahj! Our 4-week series is the sweet spot to building a strong foundation and knowledge. We will take you through the basics, cover rules, etiquette and build on your knowledge each week. By week 4 you will be soaring! We'll even teach you 3-player and 2-player Mahj.
Also available: Mahj 102 · Spring Mixers from $30 · Private group events

Abbe Blacker
I grew up with my mother and her friends playing Mah Jongg. The clicking sounds of the tiles and the laughter — those were the sounds of my childhood.
I love that I'm building on that memory by teaching others how to play. Mahj is so good for our brains, and it's a wonderful way to spend time with friends — and make new ones.
